Basic Film Story Plan
Girl is getting bullied. She is able to see counters above people's heads that represent how long they have to live but doesnt understand what it means. She figures it out when she sees someone die and later sees one of the bullies about to cross the road and the timer is going down to zero, she saves them despite what they have done to her.

I think this idea has potential. You need to start thinking about whether you have 5 mins worth of story however - so perhaps put together a rough shot list first?
